What This Site Is

Janesville Pro Mold Removal operates this website as a free referral service that connects Janesville and Rock County property owners with independent mold remediation contractors. We are not a remediation contractor. We do not perform inspections, testing or remediation work, and we do not supervise, employ or control the contractors who do.

Calls placed to the telephone number shown on this site are answered by an independent contractor or by a third party acting on their behalf. Any advice given on such a call is theirs and not ours.

No Warranty on Work Performed

This site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by any contractor. Any contract for work is between you and that contractor directly. It is your responsibility to verify that a contractor you hire holds the licenses, credentials and insurance appropriate to the work being performed.

Wisconsin issues no state license for mold inspection or mold remediation. Construction work on one- and two-family dwellings requires a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor credential, which can be checked free through the Wisconsin DSPS credential lookup.
